1. Introduction

Welcome to AITrendy: AI Photo Editor (“AITrendy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using this application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

AITrendy is an AI-based photo transformation app that lets you upload photos and apply creative AI-generated styles.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use AITrendy. If you are under 18, use the app only under parental supervision.

3. Allowed Human Interaction Content

The App may include limited, predefined templates depicting non-sexual physical interaction between adults.

• Casual, friendly, or affectionate hugging between adults
• Family-safe gestures suitable for public and general audiences
• Fully clothed individuals with neutral, non-suggestive body positioning

All such interactions are presented in a non-romantic, non-sexual, and culturally appropriate manner and do not imply intimacy or adult themes.

4. Strictly Prohibited Content

4.1 Sexual or Romantic Content

• Kissing of any kind
• Romantic or intimate physical contact
• Sexualized hugging or suggestive body positioning
• Close facial contact implying romance or sexuality
• Nudity or partial nudity
• Fetish or adult-themed content

4.2 Protection of Minors

• Any depiction of minors in suggestive, romantic, or intimate contexts
• Any content involving minors that could be interpreted as inappropriate

4.3 Other Prohibited Content

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights

5. Template & Prompt Restrictions

• Human-interaction templates are predefined, locked, and non-modifiable.
• The App does not allow free-form prompts that could increase intimacy or alter physical interaction.
• No pose adjustment, proximity control, or intimacy customization is permitted.

6. Use of the App

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others’ rights.
• Do not reverse‑engineer, copy, or redistribute the app’s code or data.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or violations.

7. Free and Paid Features

AITrendy may offer free and paid features. Free users may see ads via Google AdMob. Premium features (if available) may remove ads or add styles. We may change pricing or features at any time.

Coins and In-App Purchases

Coins unlock premium generations and templates. Coins can be purchased via the App Store / Play Store or earned via rewarded ads.

All purchases are subject to the store's payment and refund rules; coins are non-refundable except as required by law.

How Coins Work

• Creating an image costs: 8 coins
• Upgrading to HD costs: 2 coins
• AI Tools cost: 1 coin

Video Generation Costs

• 480p / 6s = 16 coins
• 480p / 12s = 20 coins
• 720p / 6s = 24 coins
• 720p / 12s = 30 coins

Coins are used only when you create or generate images or videos.

We may update coin values, pricing, and usage requirements from time to time.

Peace of Mind

• No hidden charges
• Use coins anytime during your journey
• Top up coins whenever you need
• 50% of unused coins carry forward each cycle

8. AI Image Processing

• Uploaded images are temporarily processed by our AI servers to generate styled output.
• We do not store, reuse, or share your photos after processing.
• You own the generated results; we retain a temporary technical license only to process your request.

9. Firebase Services

We use Firebase for push notifications (Cloud Messaging), analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Firebase collects anonymized usage data (e.g., session duration, device type, region) to help us improve the app.

9. Advertising via AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve ads to free users. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to personalize ads pursuant to Google’s policies. You can manage or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

10. User Data and Privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data collected through Firebase or AdMob is used only for analytics and ads as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All app content, graphics, and AI style designs are owned by ZeelInfo Tech unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of your photos and AI-generated results.

12. Limitation of Liability

AITrendy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, AI output, or third‑party service interruptions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for violations or misuse.

15. Updates & Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
